'The property is well maintained. I didn’t receive proper service, such as clean sheets and towels. I realized those things are house keeping, which has been cut back. I am really up set with Expedia, I didn’t get a receipt from my stay. I can say I will not book a room with Expedia again, unless someone contacts me.'

'here were a few issues. There was no elevator, which is hard on an old person like me. The two USB plugs on the cube on the desk didn't work. It was impossible to plug anything in on the night tables because the desk was too close to the wall, and there were no free wall plugs. 'This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive.
