Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
Never got to stay there place was closed and i could not get an ansewer at the door phone or any thing. Why did expedia send us to a hotel that was closed. My wife son and myself had to sleep in our car which. Was dangerous for my son who has to have a cpap machine.i will not use expedia nor recommend it a gain.

I apologize for your experience. We were forced to close due to Hurricane Florence. There was no power at the resort and all surrounding areas were flooded. This is not a normal experience for us. I am truly sorry that you were forced to sleep in your car. Due to the mandatory evacuation of the area, we were not able to contact all of the arriving guests.
