'We enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and check in went smoothly. The home is one row away from the beach, easy walk to the beach access only a few steps away. Nice neighborhood. Within a 3 min walk to a great restaurant/bar Island Grill. Also a short walk to the pier. Home was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you'

'Our stay was wonderful and the place was perfect! Great location very close to the beach and several good restaurants. The place was so clean and had amenities many other rentals dont offer! The home was also well kept and so nicely decorated that we enjoyed just relaxing at the house and enjoying the space on a few of our rainy days and took advantage of the large back deck for reading in the sunshine on some of the nice days. Woody was very responsive and helpful and made our check in and out...

'Great. Except: BIG PROBLEM with TV in living room. For some ridiculous reason, the only tv available was via streaming channels. There was no standard remote and no way to enter digits for ANY channels. Thus there was no local or national or international news available via regular TV. NO CNN, NO MSNBC, NO Fox, NO live sports. What kind of crap is that?'

'This home is a gem. The only issue is that the HVAC unit/heat pump couldn't keep the interior temperature above 62 degrees (without using the emergency heat function) on nights when the outside temperature was in the mid-forties.'
