'I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food...

'This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.'

'Prima kamers boven een pub. Een beetje lawaaierig. Ontbijt moest je avond ervoor bestellen, was ok, niet super, maar goed genoeg. Personeel is vriendelijk en correct. Minpunt was de douche, deze was erg klein (nog nooit zo klein gezien) en de watertemperatuur bleef op en neer gaan, van warm (te warm) naar koud.'

'The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. '

'Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

'Homely and welcoming accomodation in remote part of Lincolnshire. Food is only served to b and b guests, and bar is only open in evening. Perfect for visiting places such as Tattershall and Woodhall Spa'

'What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!'
