Wagon Wheel, 3/2 home. Sleeps 14. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen and a Twin over Full bunk. 3rd bedroom: Full and a Twin over Full bunk. Living room: Futon.
Bluebonnet, 1/1 home. Sleeps 10. Master: King and a Full. Sun room: 2 Twin Trundles. Living room: Twin Trundle. 2 Dogs Allowed (per home) under 40 pounds. $25 per night, per dog. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

These 3 homes are located between the 2nd and 3rd crossing on River Rd. Two of the homes, The Texas Star and the Wagon Wheel, are Guadalupe Riverfront, and the 3rd, known as the Bluebonnet, is set back on the property. These homes are on approximately 2 acres, with pecan trees that provide plenty of shade in the summertime. We have ample parking for 14-15 vehicles. There is 145 feet of riverfront, with a deck, and cement walkway for river access. Great fishing from the deck, launching your tubes for a great ride on the Guadalupe. There are 3 houses on this property that share the river access. Tubes and shuttle service 250 yds. upriver.

The Texas Star Cabin is fully furnished with a huge open kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen has everything! Dining room table seats 8 and there are 5 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/breakfast bar. The living room has a leather sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a twin over twin trundle bed. There is an electric fireplace, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, flat screen smart TV and private full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed (each room sleeps 5) There is a guest bathroom centrally located to the kitchen as well as the guest bedrooms. Washer and dryer available for your convenience.

The Wagon Wheel Cabin is fully furnished with a huge open kitchen/dining/living room. Large dining room table seats 8 and there is a bench and 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a futon sleeps 2. This home has streaming TV.
The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, smart TV and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 5). The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 5). There is a guest bathroom centrally located to the kitchen. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The Bluebonnet Cabin, step inside the cottage into the sunroom with a dining table that seat 6 and has 2 twin trundles (sleeps 4). The cozy living room has a sofa and 3 chairs as well as a twin trundle (sleeps 2). Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. There is a dining table in kitchen seating 4. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bed (sleeps 4). This home has one full bathroom with a deep shower tub combo. This home has streaming TV and Wi-Fi.

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 38 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. Wi-Fi was updated March of 2024 and is much stronger now. Cell Phone Service is very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages. Firepit (bring your own wood) and corn hole onsite to use as well!
