'Easy arrival and communication. House was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We are a family from different parts of the state and decided to meet here for a wedding that was close by (Chapel Dulcinea) it was about 30 minutes from the venue and an easy drive. The house was perfect for our group of 9, everyone had space and a comfortable place to hang out. The pool was a hit with everyone. We did get to see a bit of wildlife while we were there and we appreciated that. Definitely would book...

'We were very pleased with the property and the view of the Blanco from the large balcony that faces the river. Such a tranquil setting near the shops in Wimberley, just a few miles to shops and restaurants. There was a problem with the stovetop (2 burners weren’t working) but the owner had a repairman out to fix it within hours of our notifying him/her. The steps from the house to the river can be challenging, especially on the way up so we packed a small cooler before heading down. That meant...

'The property was close to the school for graduation and down the historic street of San Marcos. It was spacious for the family and the kitchen and serving areas were fantastic. All the kitchen supplies you need are there. The front porch was also a nice gathering spot. The host was responsive and reasonable to work with. Chairs on the porch would have been super nice. '

'Loved this place! The river front access was great, small house but perfect for 2 couples. The little ponderosa river outfitters was walking distance from the house, they take you up river and you just float to your house! Defiantly would stay here again '

'This property was the best part of our trip. We had a large group that consisted of 13 adults. The house was the perfect size for our large group! We rented the cottage as well and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard! This house is definitely the perfect place for a large group of people! 'We really liked this property to get out in nature and plenty of room around us. The property was clean, well kept, and the yurt was comfortable and roomy. It is within a short drive to many wineries and activities. Having said that, if you are not comfortable in the outdoors, this is probably not the place for you. We had a dog with us and it was great for tor him. We had "interesting" weather during our stay. Several thunderstorms which were loud in the yurt but we always felt safe. The...
