'We had an excellent stay at the St Regis Mew Capital hotel, where we were indulged by the magnificent service of the staff (Omar, Mahmoud, Mohammed and many others) and the beautiful hotel. Only one minor backdraw is that the hotel is quite far from Cairo, but it is still worthwhile to stay in this hotel. We would certainly choose this hotel again on a next trip!'

For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired.
