Area 51 Suite in The Ore House Inn

Area 51 is een prachtige suite met alien en ruimtethema met 1 slaapkamer in het centrum van New Castle boven Elk Creek Mining Company. Het heeft een complete keuken en een eethoek die is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig hebt om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden en te serveren. Onze badkamer is gevuld met toiletartikelen, badhanddoeken en badlakens voor een bezoek aan de verschillende warmwaterbronnen die op 10 minuten afstand liggen. De slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, 55 inch T. V., uitgebreide kabel, DVD / Blue Ray, Atari en hi speed internet. We vragen dat huisdieren niet onbeheerd worden achtergelaten tenzij ze in een krat zijn. Wij bieden kortingen voor Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Rafting en Glenwood Caverns Adventure park na boeking. De gangen in ons 130 jaar oude gebouw kenmerken de mijngeschiedenis van New Castle. Slechts enkele minuten van het Rifle Mountain-park, het Flattop-gebergte, skiën, lef, jagen, raften en natuurlijk de warmwaterbronnen. We hebben boeken, films en talloze spellen met een buitenaards thema. Er zijn 4 EV-oplaadpunten op het terrein met J1772 240 volt-connectoren voor meer informatie. We vragen dat huisdieren worden aangegeven op het moment van boeken en dat ze niet onbeheerd worden achtergelaten tenzij ze in een krat zijn. We bieden kortingen aan Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Whitewater Rafting L. L.C, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Yampah Spa en Vapor Caves evenals ons restaurant beneden.

Impressive Location, Comfy Accommodations

Great communication before and during our stay! It was great to find somewhere dog friendly in the cute little downtown area of New Castle! We thought we'd spend more time in Glenwood Springs than we did - New Castle ended up having great food options, and lots of fun places to explore and walk around. We'll be back for sure, thanks for a lovely experience!

My other half and our dog stayed here for Christmas. It was all around awesome. The owner was great and helped us figure out which way to get there from CO Springs. The room was better than expected. We had an awesome time and will be back to see the other rooms! The restaurant downstairs is really good too. Thank you!

Nice, comfortable unit with great amenities and was super clean for us! The Roku TV was convenient for us since it's what we use at home. The restaurant has delicious food with friendly and helpful staff. Big surprise bonus - there is a dog bathing room that is just across the hall from Area 51! Overall, we really liked our stay here and highly recommend!

Perfect for any art enthusiast

We were lucky enought to come a day early and was able to experience two rooms. One was the Iceberg Lounge and the other was Area 51. Both rooms had had great art work thru out A/C and full kitchens with eveythung you could need. Only conplaint is that we left shower stuff in the bathroom and my full size bottles of shampoo and body wash were thrown away and our luffa were left in the floor in the hallway infront of our new suite. Pretty gross. Had to go replace salon shampoo and all natural body wash in the middle of our vacation was a pain.

We only stayed for one evening but the apartment was very well kept and incredibly clever. The check-in process was a breeze, John was very COVID aware (which we appreciated, and we really enjoyed the theme of the room. We'll definitely stay again if we are back in New Castle!

Great owners and fun themes

The property owners are really nice and super helpful. The unique themes make the stay fun! It is in an old building so the walls/windows are a bit thin so you can hear a lot. We turned on the fan which really helped with the noise. Overall a great stay!

The best!

This was by far one of the best properties to rent around the area. It was full of the aesthetic of an Area 51 themed room! We were amazed. The room was comfortable and we weren’t bothered. 5 HUGE STARS to AREA 51!!!

This place was absolutely amazing, clean and easy to find. The owner was very inviting and checked-in with me throughout our stay. The unit was conveniently located right above a restaurant which was nice to grab dinner. I plan to visit again and book @ The Ore House Inn but try another one of the theme rooms. Overall, it was a great experience!

A fun, clean room and super service

I can't say enough good things about our stay. John is a terrific host and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is just the way you want it. The suite is large with a great kitchen (full-sized appliances). Everything was clean and tidy. The UFO fan light in the bedroom is amazing and there are all sorts of geeky "Area 51" style details, plenty of games, DVDs, etc. We are picky about beds and the mattress on this bed is one of the most comfortable we have encountered in any hotel, B&B, VRBO, etc. anywhere. This is a fun place, and has far more personality than anything you're going to encounter in Glenwood Springs. Worth a little extra driving.
