'Our family vacation was the week of the annual pony swim. Despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy, the 100th anniversary swim, the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful and kind and polite. They went above and beyond. We even got a phone call about a half hour after check-in to make sure we settled in ok and if we needed anything! It's these little things that go a long way!

'Very quaint property. Cottages were well equipped with bath towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. Enjoyed beach area and picnic area which had two gas grills. Enjoyed watching wildlife and sunsets. Would definitely come back!'

'We go to this hotel every year! It is VERY cost affordable compared to other hotels for the same quality. Room was clean, with bayside waterfront views. I love that they have a waterfront pool & hot tub and private dock to use! Staff is very friendly and seem genuinely passionate about their jobs. There is also a nice hot continental breakfast as well. We will be coming here next year again too! '

The hotel is being renovated & a few minor items could be touched up (for example, some paint drips & nail touch-ups, the grout & base boards retouched), but nothing that impacted a clean, quiet, comfy nights stay. The parking lot & general area felt safe (as 2 solo women travelers). The staff was very friendly & I will stay here again. Look forwarded to seeing the finished motel!'
