'Beware that check in is at 3 pm and the office closes at 5pm during some times of the year. The room was nice, quaint but on the 4th floor and we were unaware of a flight of stairs we needed to go up. The TV wouldn't turn on so we spent a bit working on that. Breakfast was a delight and the service was excellent.'

'Het huisje was leuk ingericht maar vooral de vloer was ontzettend vies. We hoorden later dat dit komt omdat er ook honden in het huisje mogen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er wel meteen schoongemaakt met heel veel chloor. Het huisje is erg klein maar wel knus, geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Het keukentje heeft geen gootsteen of toaster. De badkamer heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. De badkraan hing half los en het bad heeft veel schade. '

'The disappointment was deception in advertising. You should know there is NO staff. You check in with codes that you receive via text. It's a touchless, faceless experience. No common areas. Zero chance at any customer service. It's a new type of "hospitality" that is AI driven and has no personal interaction or touch. All tech. Photos make the rooms and facilities look bigger than they are. It very much reminded me of a college dorm. 3-4 stories but no elevator. Narrow halls and steps....

'Beautiful bed & breakfast! Located not far from Norwich University! Super clean & welcoming! Cute pub with absolutely amazing food! We enjoyed all our breakfasts & LOVED the dinner that we ordered! Small but quaint town! Would stay again!'

'Had wonderfull 3 days; right near the beach'

'Beautiful historic building made into an event ctr, restaurant & bed/breakfast. Don't expect the same as a motel. Rooms are authentic to the building. Keys for rooms, no microwave or coffee makers in rooms and separate air conditioners for each room. There is a small refrigerator in the room & coffee is freely available near the check-in area. The bathrooms are roomy & upgraded and the room has numerous USB ports for charging your phone & laptop. (Softer beds would make it perfect)The breakfast...
