This home was in a central location for us and provided a calm retreat for our immediate family in between other events. The house was well stocked and clean. 'Our travel got a little crazy due to some last-minute changes, Richard was very accommodating and even met us at the property to ensure that we arrived safely and got in the property quickly. Throughout the trip, we had a question from time to time, and Richard was quick to respond and happy to accommodate.The property is nicer than most in the area, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this to anyone. There’s a nice little office area as well.'

'First let me start off with our check in experience. Went so smoothly. Travis had given instructions and everything went perfectly. We needed a comfortable place to come home to after our days out. And this little house definitely delivered. Close by to restaurants and downtown. We appreciated having everything we needed. Also check out was awesome. Had the standard things to do. 'We had a truly wonderful stay at Art Haven! The house was perfect, extremely clean, beyond comfortable, well designed and creative, and the owner was generous and attentive and helpful. We wanted for nothing, was provided with excellent recommendations, and she left out subtle touches that were specifically geared for myself and my kids. I hope to visit Denton many times in the future and do not want to stay anywhere else. I’ve never had such a stress free wonderful experience. '

'This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental was perfect!! The decor is beautiful, fresh and very clean. Layout is well thought out and the place is so welcoming. It was fully equipped. It was easy access in and out and even being behind a home it was very private. I would stay here again for sure! Communication with the manager was awesome.'

'Had a family getaway enjoyed our stay, loved this home from the moment we pulled up easy access the driveway enough room for cars to park, the inside was very clean and organized. The rooms were spacious with extra blankets, kitchen had everything from cooking pans to coffee pods. The best part was the pool and spa were very clean. Would reserve this again and highly recommend. '
