'We stayed here for a short low key girls trip. We all had plenty of space and found the home lovely. We didn't have any kiddos with us, but would totally consider booking a family trip. There was a tote of toys and coloring books that would have supplemented anything we brought along. '

The house included all the amenities we needed, and is only a short drive from the beach we went to both days of our stay. We also had the chance to watch the Regatta sailboat races on Sunday which was a lot of fun! The host was a prompt communicator and gave very clear instructions for everything related to our stay. 'Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. After about 2 hours of frantic calls back and forth with the on call property manager and the maintenance man, we determined the property was not functional, as we could not use the bathrooms or kitchen sink. 'This home is absolutely beautiful, just as listed! It’s spacious, we had 8 adults and 4 children with plenty of space! We ventured to Kitzbuhl lake, we recommend that beach as there is a dock and umbrellas. The host also has a kayak for use. Innsbrook was definitely a great place for a family vacation, we will be back!'

'Quiet and relaxing escape with the family! The property is down a gravel road away from the rest of the resort and felt pretty isolated, which we appreciated. There was a bit of a dog smell when we firat got there because it is listed as pet friendly, faded pretty quickly though. Overall, a great stay!'

'House was spectacular but unfortunately had litter at the bottom of the deck & the stairs leading to the lake. We found a caught mouse in a bathroom cabinet & generally felt like it should've been much more tidy. Still 4/5 stars as the property is amazing.'
