'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'We had a one night stay at this BW Bruinswick on July 4th. It was very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Our room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the room spacious. Very large mini fridge and microwave would be great for longer stays. Very convenient location since our friends own a small cottage off one of the inlets in Brunswick. The only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was quite loud when the light was turned on.'

'Honestly was above my expectations. Room was very clean. Bathroom was SPOTLESS. All common areas were also clean (at least on our floor/area it is a really big hotel so can’t speak to elsewhere). The location is great and close to a lot. I will say it’s not a bustling hotel by any means but it gets the job done. I saw lots of complaints about the low sinks and the “breakfast”.
