'The bed was as hard as a rock and lumpy. My niece slept on the floor because it was at least not lumpy. '

The tub surface was very slippery so I put a towel down to stand on in the shower. The valve was hard for me to set on warm without scalding or freezing but I figured it out. 'We had a one night stay at this BW Bruinswick on July 4th. It was very quiet on the back side of the hotel. Our room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the room spacious. Very large mini fridge and microwave would be great for longer stays. Very convenient location since our friends own a small cottage off one of the inlets in Brunswick. The only complaint was that the fan in the bathroom was quite loud when the light was turned on.'

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'I've stayed there many many times and I have not ever had any issues or problems and the crazy part of it is is I say the same thing every time they asked me to put something on here it's a good place to stay the people are nice the people that clean your rooms they're very nice people I've never had any issues or problems the staff that runs the front desk are very helpful I've never had any issues so as far as I'm concerned it's a very good place to stay and for a night two nights three nights...

'We absolutely loved our stay at The Orchard House Inn! It was lovely and full of charm and character. Just what one would expect from Freeport, Maine! Our room was very comfortable, charming, and welcoming. The shower was a bit small but adequate. We stayed in the "Downstairs King Bedroom" (we called it the Book Room) and the bed was so comfortable! It was our best night's sleep on the entire trip! The healthy complimentary breakfast was very good, which we enjoyed at one of the picnic...
