'Wonderful stay '

'All the staff, and even the lodgers were extremely nice. Very clean, cozy, and pleasant stay. I will make sure all my friends and family lodge at the Noble House after my move.'

'Everything is great about this property. Just one thing, the upstairs bathroom in the Harrison Suite has no curtain to close, only a lace cover that is see-through, so no privacy in the bathroom. Other than that issue, the inn is fantastic.'

'The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples, oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels...

'This Inn is in a great location! It's on a quiet street, but close to North Conway, the White Mountains and Bridgton, ME. The building was beautiful and immaculately decorated and very clean. The only reason for 4 starts instead of five stars were that the dynamics with some other guests were difficult. There was a lot of noise in the hallways, including yelling and arguing, until late at night and I feel a stronger staff presence might have mitigated that.'

'The host was very clear on how to access the property and set expectations regarding breakfast, the room stay, and was so nice and helpful in answering any questions. The property was beautiful, charming, and well kept. We would love to visit again!'

'Love loved everything about this place! The owner was So friendly and great to chat with. Awesome food ( breakfast and at their Barn/ restaurant) Great service, Incredible grounds and ambiance!! We Will be back'

'Overall maintenance was far below par, but had little effect on my stay. Staff interaction was confined to a perfunctory introduction, and failed to point out the thermostat (partially hidden by the door lock); first night was very cold. Generally old without being charming. C-/D+'
