'We stayed at the hotel last week. Despite previous reviews, we experienced our stay as very pleasant, both the hotel and the surroundings met our expectations. The hotel is a great base for the Prudential Center and for NYC!'

Le jour de mon arrivée l'hôtel a refusé l enregistrement car mon vol a été annulé malgré il été informé de la situation .,la chambre attribué ' était la bonne en plus de ça j ai dû changer de la chambre. La nouvelle chambre été sale j'ai signalé a la réception mais rien n a été faite...les produits d hygiène le papier toilettes il y avais pas j ai...

'Hotel was already know to us and knew hotel is old and not more than 3 Stars but close to the location we needed to be in Newark. We arrived midnight and got an upgrade which was highly appreciated. '

'The common area's of the hotel were very hot; AC within the facility was really struggling. Our room AC was also not as strong as I would have desired. Tried to cool the room and the temp went up 2 degree's. Will look elsewhere next time I visit.'

'I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

'It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.'

'BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. I was asked to text a copy of my ID to some random number with no clue who would have access to my private information. The booking was “non-refundable”. After 20 plus...

'Bezoek aan New York. Kamer is niet groot maar je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Path station Newport (metro) naar New York ongeveer 10 min lopen. Met een klein half uurtje sta je op 33th street of het WTC.'
