'The Imperial was a great choice for our overnight stay in Albuquerque. The room was pleasantly decorated with thoughtful touches including a cool mini fridge -a nice change from chain motels. The staff was really nice and quick to supply extra towels. Comfy bed. Only problem was tight parking.'

'It was a great location for my purposes to be in Albuquerque. Parking was tough if you had a large vehicle or came back to the hotel later. The security staff were very helpful with this!! Big shout out to them!! '

'The clyde has the bases covered.....except 1. We traveled with our small dog, but had to go quite a ways down across the street for my dog to use the restroom. There are so many single ladies or elderly people that would be worried to go that far by themselves. Simple solution small area with some astro turf for easy clean up. Inexpensive but huge payout for them at the rnd. So many people travel with pets. Just a suggestion but could bring in more customers.'

'My son and I were driving across the country and being the copilot, it was my responsibility to find the hotel rooms as we traveled. You never know what you’re going to get, but I will say that the staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and even though it was next to I 40, you could not hear the noise from the interstate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.'

When we asked the front desk, they said it was a third party booking and they couldn't help us get our money back. Don't know where to reach Hotels.com to complain, I hope this review gets the ball rolling and we get a refund. Besides that, everything was great.'
