Eigentijds appartement met twee slaapkamers, twee en een half bad gelegen in het hart van het zeer chique, gewilde Warehouse District. U vindt The Napoleon gegarneerd in alle moderne afwerkingen, inclusief roestvrijstalen apparaten. Je kunt de locatie ook niet verslaan! Jackson Square, Café du Monde, Jax Brewery en Bourbon Street - ALLEN minder dan tien minuten lopen. Handige, levendige locatie en vol met alle benodigdheden voor de Southern Comfort-ervaring!

The Space - De Napoleon is een ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers, twee en een half badkamer met een comfortabele open woonkamer / keuken. Kook en dineer gemakkelijk in de volledig ingerichte keuken, uitgerust met alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, eenvoudig kookgerei en een eethoek voor een comfortabele maaltijd thuis. Vermaak u op het grote, barachtige eiland, ook met beschikbare zitplaatsen voor 3 personen, en geniet van het uitzicht op Crescent City over het balkon.
Elke slaapkamer heeft kingsize bedden, perfect voor twee personen. We bieden ook een queensize luchtbed met vol beddengoed.
De badkamers zijn elk voorzien van alle basisvoorzieningen die men zou hebben in het comfort van hun huis.
Handdoeken en beddengoed worden altijd verstrekt; De eigenschappen van NOLA Luxury Rentals bieden alle zuidelijke gemakken van een huis en bieden toch de service van een hotel.

Gasttoegang - Elke gast krijgt volledige toegang tot het comfort van de suite via een sleutelcode van de voordeur. Rust rustig wetende het comfort van thuis en de voorzieningen van een stijlvol condominium zijn met een vinger aan te raken.

Nice location

Stayed here to catch up with family. Location is great for walking to mall and. Casino. 15 min walk to Bourbon street. Easily walk to local food. Short distant to Fremont. Or day market. Great space. Clean. Spacious for two couples. We stayed in with family couples and played games other nights got out for dinner and or partying.

Amazing Place

We came to New Orleans with our best friends for my 50th birthday! We were so impressed with this condo. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was in the perfect location! The management team was excellent. The remote in the master needed batteries and they were dropped off within a couple hours after my call to them. I would highly recommend this condo for your trip to New Orleans! We will be back!

Outstanding property in the warehouse district

This lovely apartment is a great base for exploring NOLA. Easy walk to the streetcar line and casino if that’s your destination. Healthy walk to Jackson Square and the French quarter. Beautifully appointed, meticulously clean and well-equipped, this property is in a secure building with a great restaurant just downstairs. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty equal so no “who gets the better one” decisions. Also, this was the best experience ever in terms of communication. Each time I reached out before and while we were there I heard back very quickly with exactly the info I needed. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo in the Warehouse District

We really loved this place! It was an easy walk to the quarter, lots of restaurants around. The place itself was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and had everything we needed! Plenty of parking around the building and communication with the owner was perfect. We didn't need any extra help but they provided info at every turn, and were very accessible if needed! We'll be back!

The condo surpassed our expectations and we found great parking a few blocks away with the help of the manager. Fabulous eating in the area and a nice walk to Jackson Square and the quarters. Our son and his fiance LOVED their first visit to NOLA.

Beautiful condo

The condo was centrally located to everything that we wanted to visit. It was in a safe location, as 3 women traveling alone, this was very important. Parking, though separate, wasn’t far at all. Most of the time it was quiet, the party above us arrived 2 nights into our stay, they were a bit loud but most other guests adhered to the 10 pm quiet time. The condo for the most part was super clean, we found some towels that were a bit unclean but we just stuck them in the washer and dryer and washed them. There was also a basket filled with old water that was causing an awful smell, we just cleaned it out and the area around it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

2021 Refinery Stay

THIS CONDO WAS ELEGANT, SPACIOUS and CLEAN... AND BEAUTIFUL MODERN CONDO! Great location...walking distance to attractions. VERY SAFE neighborhood. We were from out of town something that worries me is safety and cleanliness of the VRBOs... I would stay here again again and again! Highly recommend! I called management after hours and they called me back immediately. They made our stay comfortable. THANK YOU!!!
