What a fabulous property. Two big bedrooms, living room, and chef’s kitchen. The wraparound porch was a great spot for morning coffee or drinks in the evening.

This was an amazing place for 3 friends to enjoy New Orleans and each other! We hope to be able to come back again sometime. I've stayed in New Orleans too many times to even count and this was by far the most spectacular combination of a great condo and view of the city! Also, the private balcony was large and exceptionally well put together for entertaining.

We loved our stay. The location was ideal for walking both to uptown/garden district and French Quarter. The CBD has fantastic restaurants and the grocery store just a few short blocks away made it easy to get necessities. The unit was clean and spacious. A perfect spot!

Wonderful Apartment with awesome wrap around balcony. Stocked, including french press for coffee.No parking on site but very affordable secure ramp just around the corners.15 minute walk to French Quarter.Looking forward to coming back to NOLA in the future and booking here again

Overall this is a nice spot and I’d stay there again. It’s on the Penthouse level and very roomy. The building is well kept up with and the people working were all very nice. Little secret, as long as you’re quiet and respectful, they won’t close the pool at 9pm, which was Very helpful with having kids. My only two issues with this place, when we got in the couch bed sheets were nasty with crumbs and stains. Now they did bring us new bedding within 10 minutes of us saying something, so that was nice. But the real only issue/FYI I’d warn people, was that the floors were really dirty. For a family that doesn’t wear shoes inside, my white socks were black within the first 20 minutes of walking around, so my tip would be to keep your shoes on. Other than that, as I still gave them 5/5 stars, everything was great.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay! The place was spacious and beautiful. The photos really didn’t do the wrap around balcony justice. It was huge with very nice furniture. Great communication with the host. Loved the location and would stay again.

Great comfort

Off the beaten track - great upstyle condo. Penthouse with wrap around terrace. Views of the city. Gorgeous.Great kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and WASHER/DRYER. It was a wonderful stay!!! Recommend highly.

Amazing views of the city and ideal location

Booked for the Creed concert for a couples weekend getaway. Parking garage was located near property that was secure and allowed in and out parking although we used an Uber to get around the city. It was a short Uber ride from everywhere so location was very ideal. Staff was top notch. Very easy to get in touch with and was very prompt. We had a beeping some detector I was to send a text and it was fixed within 15 minutes. One complaint we had was the air is a tad stuffy at night if you are use to sleeping with a fan. We did ask for two fans the next day and they were able to provide one. So I would bring a fan if you are use having one. The views from the wrap around balcony was amazing no matter where you sat. The rooftop pool was on the same floor at the penthouse. It was nice place to hang out. We met several guest at the pool all were very nice. Great views around the pool area also. The game room was a fun little place to hang out also. Sometimes the elevator is a little congested and takes time to get to you but the little swings were nice touch while you are waiting. There were more times the elevator came quickly than there were times we had to wait. The description and photos were spot on. We had such an amazing time and highly recommend!
