Attention to detail is apparent throughout. Rooms are quiet, quality of materials makes everything feel better when using. Very good experience. Would definitely stay there again. Location is close enough to everything to walk but just off thr busies area enough as not to be bothered by the masses.

Our stay at The Four Seasons was amazing from start to finish! The room was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower was amazing. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as room service and all of the food was fantastic!! The location is great with walking distance to the French Quarter and an outlet shopping mall right next door. The only negative was the Caesar's construction going on in front of the hotel which was more of an eye sore than a noise issue for us. Some people we met complained about the noise from the train that goes right past the hotel but we didn't notice any noise at all. We were on the 16th floor. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

My first time staying at a Four Seasons property, which I was so grateful to do. The New Orleans staff is the definition of Southern Hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind, all of my needs were met, and I felt welcomed. My room was upgraded to the executive suite with a view of the city and river, which I had requested. The food was memorizing including the Gumbo and Bingents (Which I miss already). The iPad provided in the room was so convenient, any time I needed something the staff was right there. The chandelier bar is beautiful as well and all the bartenders are incredibly talented and attentive. A beautiful property, with a beautiful staff inside and out. The ONLY place I'm willing to stay in New Orleans. Thank you again and see yall soon.

The luggage took over a hour to reach our room once we checked in. Which caused us to miss our valentines prepaid dinner at another restaurant. Housekeeping was informed 2 days prior to checking in that my girlfriend is allergic to down comforters and pillows. They did not have it removed from the room on arrival.

Great Mom’s Getaway.
Amazing service and friendly faces as soon as you walk out of your car. Our premier double room was spacious enough for 3. The bathroom was beautiful. The shower was amazing.

The staff is very kind. The cleaning crew is responsive but too many amenities were missing or not done at turn down for a hotel of this category. Water views are shared with train track views and noises so in the end the location is poor. The food at the restaurants is below expectations

I'm unsure if it is due to us being at the hotel during X-mas week, but the staff seemed untrained/new. When compared to other Four Seasons hotels, rarely anyone helped us out of the car or with our bags, the wait staff were very casual in their speech and how they provided service, the bathroom amenities consisted of cotton pads only, a cookie plate was left on the table for 3 days, we eventually sent it away with room service, the living room wasn't put back into place after the sofa bed was put away, etc... Nothing major. Still, we noticed the difference in service level from other hotels.

The service was terrific! However there were a few housekeeping issues. We were located near the elevator and heard quite a bit of noise. All and all I would stay again.

Really nice hotel on the water front , good facilities , nice and friendly staff. Only downside is prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. The bar is great and the cocktails are amazing.

Four seasons is outstanding. Well worth the price. The only complaints we have are that the print on the shampoos and lotions in the bathroom is way too small to read, and the room was not very dark in the morning at sunrise. They should do a better job making the room dark. Staff was outstanding, took care of everything.

Hotel was big and slightly sterile. Reception, bar and restaurant were uncomfortably cold. Room AC set as cold but could be controlled. Rooms good proportions and nicely finished.

As always the Four Seasons holds its high luxury standards, also in New Orleans. The view from our corner room was beautiful Mississippi River, the pool, the Esplanade and some skyline. The spa was very nice. Food options were limited for vegetarian / vegan meals. FYI for in room dining there is an automatic $7delivery, gratuity plus very very large service charge (were not aware of since iPad did not allow us to order directly so we did it over the phone). The staff and service were great. The beds pillows sheets all high end. We were able to have business conference call from our room. Was a wonderful stay.

This was simply the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The concierge was excellent with food and entertainment recommendations. All of the staff were kind and the general location is perfect. The tub fit my 6 foot frame and the bar downstairs was simply superb. We had better food on site then the surrounding area. It was the best anniversary stay we could’ve had. Thank you!

Almost flawless lodging in NOLA
First a shout out to Hotels.com as we used three "free" nights to reduce the price of this lovely high end hotel. We arrived early, intending to check our bags but she worked her computer magic to find an available 16th floor room with a river view. That was nice as it was a very warm week and nice to freshen up after travel. Amenities were great. Drawer fridge ($8 for an 8 oz glass coke bottle which was a fun blast from the past.) Very cool lighting icons on panels that opened the draperies, etc. Everything immaculate as you'd expect. Only small flaw was the torn binding on the duvet sheet a foot or so long. As they don't change the bedding but do remake the bed twice a day, I'm surprised this wasn't caught. Not worth making a fuss about - just interesting that no one seemed to notice! This was our 30th visit to the city and we usually stay in the FQ. Because it was hot it was very evident that we had to do a lot more walking (and through construction) to get to our preferred watering holes, restaurants and shops. There was also no information on the hotel in writing. It might've been on the screen but we never turned it on. Wasn't aware of the 5th floor amenities until the last day. Staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. Did dine at Miss River which was very nice but not the impressive crystal bar (?) My husband absolutely loved this property but I enjoy some of the quirkier places in town where every room is unique.
