Ben je op zoek naar de perfecte plek om te verblijven in de Big Easy? Nou, kijk niet verder! Het appartement is centraal gelegen in het CBD en op slechts twee korte blokken van de goed bekende Franse wijk en Bourbon Street. U zult merken dat deze 1.350 sqft. condo heeft alles wat de stad New Orleans te bieden heeft net buiten uw voordeur. Het is zelfs op loopafstand van het conferentiecentrum en Super Dome. Het is een prachtig, historisch gerenoveerd, volledig gemeubileerd appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, gelegen in The Picayune, een gebouw dat aanvankelijk bekend stond als The Times-Democraat in de vroege jaren 1900. U zult niet teleurgesteld zijn over de accommodatie of de locatie van het appartement. Als je de prachtige stad New Orleans als een local wilt ervaren, is dit de locatie voor jou. Boek nu!

Parkeren | Helaas is parkeren niet inbegrepen. Er is echter een beveiligde parkeerplaats op slechts een steenworp afstand van de accommodatie. Als u parkeeraanbevelingen nodig heeft, aarzel dan niet om het te vragen. Ik help u graag verder!

Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected.

We had the best stay at this condo during our daughters volleyball tournament in New Orleans! The host was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. After long tournament days, it was the perfect place to come back and relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

This was a beautiful condo in a safe and very convenient location. Most all attractions are within walking distance. The bedrooms are very quiet, comfortable and dark, which is wonderful in a bustling and busy city like New Orleans. My family and I have never slept as well! A place we'll definitely rent again

The listing 'Historical Building Condo II' was a home run for my adult son and me on a long weekend visit to NOLA.The first thing that needs to be heard is that the property manager, 'BB' are her initials, is wonderful. The best. In advance, on site and follow up. Not a single worry when it comes to hoping someone will get back to you if you have any questions or issues. It's a great layout, appears almost new, and very comfortable for the two of us - ditto for 2 couples. There are 2 separate bedrooms with full baths (one also accessible from the hallway). I read in some earlier reviews that renters were surprised that there were no windows in the bedrooms. News flash: you'll never get a better night of sleep! No street noise, no sun in your eyes too early in the morning. Kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, etc.), and has a gas range, not an electric cook top of some kind. The fridge ice maker even worked!Location is great - close enough to the key areas in multiple directions, like FQ, Bywater, and WW2 museum, but not too close - traffic, tourist density and noise are minimal.We'll be back!

The perfect apartment

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It is perfectly located - only a short walk up to the French Quarter - with amenities also close by. It was incredibly clean and spacious, with some welcome drinks in the fridge which were greatly appreciated! Brittanie provided some really useful restaurant recommendations in advance of our stay and was always contactable if we needed. If we ever return to the city, we would definitely stay here again.
