Dit 1500 vierkante voet historische huis is gelegen in het hart van de Marigny-driehoek, op slechts 3 blokken van de Franse wijk en Bourbon St. En slechts 1 blok van de met muziek gevulde Fransman St.

De keuken heeft op maat gemaakte kasten met marmeren werkbladen en een unieke gootsteen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met al uw culinaire behoeften om u bezig te houden tijdens uw vakantie, of u nu gewoon op zoek bent naar een snel ontbijt of als u diner serveert voor acht! Kleine binnenplaats achter het huis.

Betreed het huis in een zittende groet / woonkamer met een welkomstbureau, fauteuil en bank .. Zitkamer komt uit in de eerste grote kamer (kan ook worden gebruikt als een woonkamer) en een uittrekbare bank met queen size matras. 2 fauteuils, elektrische open haard invoegen, 32 'flatscreen-tv, iPod-dock w CD-speler. Vervolgens vindt u de verbazingwekkende bijgewerkte eten in de keuken w tafel stoelen voor 8, vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, enz ..

Uit keuken is wasruimte, 2e slaapkamer en bad. Het bad beschikt over een zojuist bijgewerkte inloopdouche kraam. 2e slaapkamer heeft 2 grote bedden met beddengoed, groot dressoir en een tv.

Ook bij de ingang zitkamer is de master suite. Suite heeft een woonkamer en slaapkamer open voor elkaar. Lliving kamer met dag bed, die 2 dubbele matrassen heeft., IPod-dock w CD-speler. De hoofdslaapkamer is voorzien van een grote kast, Tempur-Pedic-bed van KONINGIN met beddengoed, Chaise-lounge, 37 inch flatscreen-tv met dvd. Uit de slaapkamer is master bad inclusief: Whirlpool bad, aparte douche met jets voor 2.
OP AANVRAAG boiler. Dit betekent dat je nooit zonder warm water komt te staan, hoeveel mensen ook douchen!

Huis beschikt over 12 voet hoge plafonds, originele brede planken houten vloeren, tegelvloeren in keuken en badkamers, tonnen natuurlijke verlichting, bakstenen schoorstenen en nog veel meer.

Het huis is geweldig voor gezinnen en groepen van alle levensstijlen. De buurt is vriendelijk en meegaand voor iedereen, gastheer voor vele lokale bars en restaurants voor alle smaken en stijlen. Het huis is rookvrij, maar roken is toegestaan buiten op de binnenplaats.

Cozy house close to the French Quarter

From the get-go, Jesse was very easy to get in touch with and had free and open communication with me. Any question I had was answered immediately. Our place was conveniently located within a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter and so it was a great place to stay at during my sister's bachelorette party of 7 women. Each corner of the house had a note to help us follow structure and rules and easy guidelines. The cleaning service also left us beads for Mardi gras and a Kings' Cake! There was an abundance of clean towels, amenities and extra blankets every. We also enjoyed easy easy to extras as needed (batteries and a lighter for the stove) as well as soap for the washing machine. There was a point where I communicated with Jesse about the heat not working, but he was quick to email, text and call me to discuss how to fix it. I really loved staying at this home and enjoyed the whirpoool with the girls (we had to rest our tired feet in the tub) and we even named the gargoyles out front Envie (Envy) and Bette. The girls loved the home and we would gladly stay in this cute place any time we visit New Orleans. Jesse was a wonderful host and great facilitator of our needs!

Great location near the French Quarter

The property is in a fantastic location near the French Quarter and Frenchman's Street. The pictures online are very accurate. There was plenty of room for 9 of us staying in the house. The owner was very quick to respond to all requests and very easy to deal with. He let us in early on the day of arrival which was very helpful. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting to enjoy the French Quarter and Frenchman's Street.

Perfect!

Our stay in NOLA was perfect and it was largely due to the location of this property. Classic New Orleans home that can accommodate a large group of people comfortably. Jesse was more than accommodating to our needs (allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived a lot earlier than the scheduled check in). The home really is within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Thank you for a wonderful experience Jesse!

RUN, DON'T WALK!!

The Smile House was one of the best vrbo finds I've had so far. We recently stayed for a bachelorette weekend with 9 girls and had the best time. The Smile House made our trip that much better. Please believe the reviews when they say the pictures don't do it justice. Jesse's house has so much character, great artwork, curb appeal and it's in an awesome location! Jesse was great to communicate with and let us check in early. Thank you so much Jesse and we can't wait to stay here again for another occasion!

Perfect Stay

We had an incredible time staying at the Smile House - couldn't have picked a better spot for our bachelor party. The house was also super clean, well stocked with towels & sheets, plus the cleaning person left us with liquor from a tasting she had been to earlier that week. The master bedroom and bathroom were fantastic - we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Jesse was super accommodating and nice (even when I called him at 8am the day before our stay in a panic about forgetting to sign a document.)

Luxury in Marigny

The property is simply amazing! It is HUGE with exquisite art and furnishings (antique) that capture the charm that is New Orleans. The location is quite central to either jazz on Frenchmen Street or strolling into the French Quarter. It is also within 2 blocks of two wonderful breakfast places (The Ruby Slipper and Horn's -I would recommend Horn's). The owner has outfitted the property with anything you might possibly need. Not only do you feel at home but it has a homey vibe that invites you in such that you don't want to leave. I would not hesitate in renting this again - it.was.fabulous!

Cozy yet spacious.

This is our second time staying at Smile House and it was perfect! We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but Jesse was on top of it and took care of the problem right away. The location is ideal - located near Frenchman and Bourbon. Given the chance, we would all definitely stay here again!

The landlord was very flexible with Check-in and Check-out times when we alerted him in advance of our travel plans. The location was great, and we had everything we needed! I highly recommend it. A few blocks in either direction and you have good food, a variety of bars and great music!

Amazing time

We stayed here for a bachelor party really enjoyed our stay at the Smile House. We arrived and the house was very clean and no problems at all. The house is beautiful and in walking distance or a 5-10 minute Uber to almost everything. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Great house for a group staying near Bourbon St

We had 9 guys down in New Orleans stay in the Smile House from a Fri-Mon. Great location as it's about 15 min from the heart of Bourbon St and a little further to the French Quarter/Market. Nice food market about 5 min away (Roberts). The house comfortably fit everyone and had everything necessary for a great weekend - stocked kitchen, nice back patio, AC, cable TV, etc. Highly recommend staying here for any trip to New Orleans.
