The living room greets you with a historical fireplace, a vintage chandelier, and built-in bookshelves. The open layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts quartz countertops, an island for meal preparation, and high-end stainless steel LG appliances. A convenient laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer is available for your use. The first bedroom features glam nightstands, stylish lamps, and vining wallpaper, alongside a plush bed and a large mirrored closet. The full bathroom is beautifully tiled and features polished brass fixtures, with high-quality towels and shower supplies provided. The second bedroom offers a stylish dresser, a wall mirror, and a colorful rug, enhancing the space with charming New Orleans-themed artwork. Step outside through the back door to a quaint outdoor sitting area, illuminated by string lights.

Free street parking is available on the block. Keyless entry ensures convenient access.

For a taste of local nightlife, St. Claude Avenue is just a block away, offering venues like The Hi-Ho Lounge (live music, comedy, and dance) and The AllWays Lounge & Cabaret (drag, burlesque, and theater). Groceries are easy with Robért Fresh Market, a 2-minute walk, and Starbucks is conveniently located nearby.
