Unwind in the comfort of our the two bedrooms, each offering a serene sanctuary for a peaceful night's sleep. The shotgun-style layout does mean you have to walk through each room to get to the next, but locking doors still ensure privacy while maintaining a seamless flow throughout the home.

Guest Access:
This home is a duplex, and other side is also an airbnb. Guests share use of the backyard, pool, and front porch.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Midcity, you'll find yourself surrounded by a tapestry of local flavor and excitement. Savor the diverse culinary scene, with renowned restaurants, cafes, and bars just moments away. Immerse yourself in the lively culture and rich history of New Orleans through its numerous museums, art galleries, and music venues, all easily accessible via the street car 6 blocks away.

Getting Around:
Most parts of New Orleans are a 5 minute or less drive from the home. You can also utilize the blue bike rentals to bike around the city.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours, and there is nearby loitering at the corner gas station. The backyard and pool are shared with the home on the other side of this double.

Pets are welcome for a one-time $200 fee per pet. This is a shared backyard
