Eigentijds appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers gelegen in het hart van het chique, gewilde Warehouse District. U vindt The Magnolia gegarneerd in alle moderne afwerkingen, inclusief roestvrijstalen apparaten. Jackson Square, Café du Monde, Jax Brewery en Bourbon Street - ALLEN minder dan tien minuten lopen. Handige, levendige locatie en vol met alle benodigdheden voor de Southern Comfort-ervaring! Het uitzicht vanaf beide balkons kan ook niet worden overtroffen!

The Space - The Magnolia is een ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers met een comfortabele open woonkamer / keuken.  Kook en dineer gemakkelijk in de volledig ingerichte keuken, uitgerust met alle roestvrijstalen apparaten, eenvoudig kookgerei en een eethoek voor een comfortabele maaltijd thuis. Vermaak op het grote, barachtige eiland, ook met beschikbare zitplaatsen voor 5 personen, en geniet van een eigen balkon.
De slaapkamer heeft een op maat gemaakt kingsize bed en de gast heeft twee grote bedden. Er is ook een slaapbank in de woonkamer!
De badkamers zijn elk voorzien van alle basisvoorzieningen die men zou hebben in het comfort van hun huis. 
Handdoeken en beddengoed worden altijd verstrekt; De eigenschappen van NOLA Luxury Rentals bieden alle zuidelijke gemakken van een huis en bieden toch de service van een hotel. 

Gasttoegang - Elke gast krijgt volledige toegang tot het comfort van de suite via een sleutelcode van de voordeur. Rust rustig wetende het comfort van thuis en de voorzieningen van een stijlvol condominium zijn met een vinger aan te raken.

Service - Onze missie is om u te helpen genieten van een grande New Orleans-ervaring. We zijn altijd beschikbaar voor gasten en zullen onmiddellijk reageren op eventuele problemen. Nice property, convenient location, super nice staff. Sizeable bedrooms, kitchen, etc. Comfy beds. Kitchen has all you need. And there were other nice touches like coffee, some snacks, etc. Finding the primary entry door day 1 was the only small challenge we had. Just follow St Peter’s down a little past the restaurant to the keypad.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I was in town for the Shriners convention, and this location was very close to the convention center and whenever I had a question about something I received a very quick response. Good thing about it is although I did reserve a garage parking spot, parking in the front is free between the hours of 7 PM and 8 AM through Saturday and free all day on Sunday which was perfect because my meeting started at 8 AM. I do not know if they have other locations in other cities but I would definitely stay with them anywhere I go and most definitely if I’m back in New Orleans I will most definitely come back to this location.

This property was absolutely ideal (offering even more than was promised)! It is located close to just about everything you'd want to experience in New Orleans. Fine restaurants abound in this safe and appealing neighborhood and countless museums and art houses are nearby. The apartment itself is flawless -- beautifully furnished, large rooms, and well-appointed (coffee, drinks, dishes, utensils, etc.). It was also stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths (my personal pet peeve with other units) and was spotless. The balcony overlooking the street was a bonus, as well as the large televisions in every main room. On the few occasions when we had to contact management, their response was immediate and always helpful. We will very definitely stay here on our next visit to this magical city. It was easily the best among the many places we have stayed in the past.

More Than We Expected

The property is just as it’s shown and the amenities are top-notch. The location is in a residential area and has plenty of good dining options. It is a quick walk to the Riverfront, parade routes, and the French Quarter. We can’t wait to come back!

Luxury Stay in New Orleans

My family and I had an exceptional stay! The unit was exactly as described and the check in was easy. Just know that this is in the heart of New Orleans so you will hear the night time festivities if you stay on a weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Only 15 minute walk to the French Quarter and minutes from many fabulous restaurants in the warehouse district. A great place to stay. We’ll be back.

Stunning property & great location!

Stay here! You will love it! The property was spacious and spotless. The check-in and check-out process are quick and easy. The host responds to questions within minutes. Beautiful place in a gorgeous building. Very safe and within walking or streetcar distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Very close to shops, restaurants (eat at Briquette that is right next door!), and all kinds of entertainment. The rooms are large and comfortable. The living room is comfy for movies and watching TV. The kitchen is stunning. The bathrooms are beautiful. We stayed for the Christmas holidays with our 22-year old twin daughters. We had a great time and went to movies, Bourbon Street, walking tours, and biking tours. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

The Magnolia was absolutely perfect, and just like the photos. The apartment was stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and glassware we needed. They had the starter kit listed on the site and oil, salt, and pepper. It was VERY quiet for the most part, just a little noise a couple of nights from the street, but it didn't last for long. We didn't hear anything from neighboring apartments. The beds were a little firm, but comfortable overall. There are a handful of great restaurants nearby. We loved Lucy's, a bar a couple of blocks away, for take-out. Their fried shrimp was amazing! There is a grocery store within walking distance, but it is a bit of a hike. The riverwalk mall is an easy stroll. It's a very large mall including a food court. The Creole Queen riverboat cruise leaves from over there - also walkable. The walk to the French Quarter, however, was probably the longest, and in the summer heat/humidity, it wasn't fun in the afternoon. We called a Lyft/Uber a few times to get back to the rental after walking around all day. Getting in and out of the rental building was very easy, we never had any issues. We didn't rent a car from the airport since we expected to walk everywhere, good thing too because there is no parking at the building. Overall, I'd recommend this location. It is SO much better than being in the noisy French Quarter or along Canal. We ran into tourists who were staying on Bourbon St. and they weren't getting any sleep.

Everything was amazing from booking to staying and leaving. Awesome space and walkable area. All guests in love and decided this would be our new spot when visiting the area. Only suggestion would be to not rent a car just walk or Uber as no on site parking but street parking available at a cost

Easy in the Big Easy

The room I booked was exactly as it was advertised. What you could not see in the pictures was how clean and well provisioned it was. I needed to buy absolutely nothing other than the food I wanted. Check in was absolutely as easy as walking into the front door. I had to make contact with management for one or two small questions and they responded back to me in moments via text. Really an exceptional property.

Beautiful Apartment and Great Location!

This property is a lot more beautiful than the pictures even do it justice! We were very happy with the amenities, and the check-in process was seamless. We also received a couple of messages from the host throughout the stay asking us if we needed anything, which I really appreciated. The location is great and you can walk many places from here - we even walked to the French Quarter a couple of times (about a 20 minute walk). Would definitely recommend this property!

NOLA Cousins Trip

This property was absolutely AMAZING! Check-in instructions were sent in email, they were very easy to follow making the check-in process a breeze. The property had a luxury feel to it. I was surprised at how nice it actually was; it's even better than the pictures! My group consisted of a group of 6 females (ages 29-36) coming in from 4 different states. There was plenty of space for us all. The property provided all essentials. Some of the girls had packed their own towels but this was not necessary as the property provided. We were also able to cook breakfast one morning as the kitchen was stocked with kitchenware. Location wise, we were able to walk to everything! Harris Casino is just a couple blocks away. Canal street a short walk. Even walking to Bourbon Street was possible. There are plenty of restaurants near. Also the Riverwalk mall is a short 5 minute walk. The girls all talked about what a great place I had found. I would highly recommend as I would definitely book here again!
