This is an excellent place. It’s located very close to all downtown activities. We walked mostly but you could also take the trolley. The rooms were all very clean with clean sheets and towels. The a/c was fantastic. It kept the apartment super cool. The back two rooms had windows. The inner two rooms did not have windows. The inner two rooms were very cold and very dark compared to the outer two rooms. The room with two windows was a bit warmer than the rest. So putting a/c too cold froze the inner two rooms to keep the outer room cool. One complaint is the outer two rooms had no where to hang clothes just a drawer. Inner rooms had a pipe to hang clothes but no drawers. Kitchen was great. It’s tough though because there are non of the essentials so if you make food you need everything. Oil, pb, mustard mayo etc…. One last thing was noise insulation was not great. Every morning we were there we were woken by garbage trucks passing traffic with their radios on, heavy machinery, birds chirping etc.. so if your a light sleeper. Not a great spot. There was one parking spot and that was great to have. Easy to get into the building and to get to the room. There is an elevator you can use to take you to your floor or stairs. All in all it was a great place
