This charming newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home comes fully equipped with all your essentials. The master bedroom, the flamingo room, has a queen bed, its own private bathroom and TV. The coral room has a comfy double bed. The third bedroom, the mermaid room, was thoughtfully designed with the little ones in mind with 2 twin beds (trundle) and a tv. The living room also includes a pullout couch equipped with a full size mattress. This beach cottage includes a private dock and floating jet ski dock. A short 5 minute drive away is the historical town of New Port Richey with rich culture full of unique shops & restaurants. Explore local barrier islands with your own boat or take advantage of nearby charters. A short drive will give you access to Green Key Beach, downtown Tarpon Springs, the sponge docks, and Fred Howard park and beach.
