'Mister Jacob (the owner) is a very friendly man who is flexible in arriving and departure times. He responds to e mail almost immediately. He was there as we arrived later than expected from Miami. We were allowed to use the garage for the rental car. The house was clean and it is equipped with all the things you need such as a washer, dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 'This was exactly perfect for my husband and I when we came to town for a Spring graduation! The owner was great and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will stay here again when we come back! It is near a Publix and a shopping center.'
