'This property is must-stay! If you’re looking to experience real Florida living it’s all right here! The pool was spacious and all of the adults and children had a blast splashing around in it. The trees and plants make you feel like you’re in a fairytale. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We loved cooking in the kitchen and were pleased with the pots, pans, silverware, and other items provided. Having laundry in-unit made our stay so much easier. 'Carlos communicated quickly and was very accommodating. This rental is just the right size for one or two people. The decorations are lovely, and everything was very clean. Although there is not a stove nor oven, there is a microwave, an electric single- burner hot plate, a toaster, and a griddle along with all the utensils and cookware needed. I will probably stay here again the next time I’m in Holiday.'

'Mister Jacob (the owner) is a very friendly man who is flexible in arriving and departure times. He responds to e mail almost immediately. He was there as we arrived later than expected from Miami. We were allowed to use the garage for the rental car. The house was clean and it is equipped with all the things you need such as a washer, dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 'Proper old Florida home. Great communication. Close to everything we needed. We were in town for an annual paintball event which was close by. We will return next year and stay here without question. Host was very polite we had no problems at all. Don't go barefoot in the back yard there's some sand spurs 😜'
