'My family stayed here on a weekend in May. The checkin was simple as the door was unlocked for us. Shelley, the property owner I assume, was friendly and easy to deal with. The home was stocked with the basics, including towels and a random assortment of food and seasonings, although we brought our own. My only recommendation would be to add a cork screw and possibly look at making the ice maker functional. The A/C worked fine, although it was always a little warmer in the master bedroom....

What a great view of the lake from the awesome deck/dock. Just an excellent stay which was out of the way of the chaos of LSU campus. Very peaceful. 'We celebrated our daughters 25th birthday at Twin Cypress on False River. Emmett was a great host and readily available when needed. Beautiful house, great location, great views and great eats nearby. We ended our trip with a boat ride on the lake, loved by all. We will book again for sure. Thanks again Emmett.'

'All the mapping apps except for Apple Maps took us to a different location 30 minutes away. So we drove to the wrong location and had to figure out where the actual location was. It would be helpful to put detailed directions in the listing so this doesn’t happen to other renters. Once we got to the place it was super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.'
