Ocean and Pool View Condo - Point East Condominium

Volledig gerenoveerd appartementencomplex aan het prachtige strand zonder aandrijving, voltooid in 2018. Prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en het zwembad vanaf het balkon op de 3e verdieping, op een steenworp afstand van het strand. Nieuwe vloeren, pas geverfd en kustdecor. Volledig uitgerust appartement, breng gewoon uw zwemkleding mee.

Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoonsbed. Trek de bank uit in de woonkamer. Twee volledige baden. Patio tafel en stoelen op het balkon om te genieten van uw koffie in de ochtend of cocktail in de avond met uitzicht op zowel de prachtige Atlantische Oceaan als het zwembad.

Keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle serviesgoed, potten, pannen en kookgerei.
Flatscreen kabel-tv in de woonkamer, wifi en telefoon ook inbegrepen.

Lift dichtbij unit.

Groot zwembad aan de oceaan (verwarmd in de winter), plus een kleiner kinderzwembad. Lounge stoelen, tafels en parasols op het pooldeck. Zwembad heeft ook een groot overdekt clubhuis met flatscreen tv, tafels en stoelen en gas bbq grill. Shuffleboard-banen aan de oceaan en beveiligde toegang tot het strand.

Wasruimte met grote wasmachine en droger op de eerste verdieping.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.

The condo was clean with easy check in! Our family has been staying at Point East for years and this was the first time using VRBO for the rental process. I will be doing it again! We love New Smyrna and alway have a great experience!!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.
