"Perfect location. Across the street from a major transport hub where you can take a bus / metro / shinkansen etc to wherever you want to go. There is no traffic noise in the hotel and with a pedestrian overpass you never even have to cross the street to get there. Shopping: three different malls within one block of the hotel (Global Mall / Mega City and Far Eastern). Everything from high-end brands to hawker stalls are within easy reach. The hotel great. Everything is shiny. The room is spacious and luxurious. Beds are great. Nothing to complain about. Housekeeping comes by every day with new towels and drinks. The hotel pool on the 32nd floor is amazing and very good for photo's (but a little cold in early may). The gym on the 32nd floor has amazing views and versatile equipment. Staff are friendly and attentive. We are returning guests - when we asked to stay in the same room as before, they prepared it for us while we waited. When checking out, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's care until you are ready to head to the airport. Hotel staff speak excellent English. 10/10 would visit again"

"Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room. Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that."
