Apartment is beautifully furnished and reflects a peaceful, welcoming environment. We have a beautiful, private backyard with a fire pit, grill, hammock and beautiful garden - perfect for morning coffee or evening libation; even a little bbq dining if you like. the backyard has entry from the office/den (blue room). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee maker, high end cook ware and refrigerator.

the blue room is spacious and light. there is a desk and full entertainment system with 42' TV. some closet and dresser space. The bed is a convertible futon with memory foam which can accommodate extra guest with advance authorization.
The Bedroom (purple room) has a queen size bed with memory foam. There is a flat screen tv and dvd player as well as ipod dock/music system.
private bathroom has full bathtub

The location is fabulous. Confident you'll love it. We're on a quiet residential street, but around the corner from some of Williamsburg's best cafes, bars and restaurants.
close to Lorimer stop on the L train.

There is a laundry machine downstairs. laundromat with drop-off service on the block.

L Train lorimer to Union Square - 7 minutes. transfer to all.
situated ~1/2 mile from the base of the williamsburg bridge. minutes to downtown/Delancey.

We provide toiletries and other essentials as needed.
We have room fresheners and first aid. Oils and spices for cooking.
We provide all the comforts of home - If you don't see it, just ask.

I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years, in this apartment for over 10. It is my heart. I've cared for it well and put a touch of love in to every detail. It's home. I expect you will be very comfortable here and hope you will enjoy your stay.



The property is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. I do not run rentals as a business. This is my home, but I no longer stay there but part of the year so I rent through this service to help meet expenses, rather than run a profit hiring out rentals. As a consequence I can offer a great price, but the space does move quickly. I ask that you make only serious inquiries, tell me about yourself and your visit and let me know any questions you have promptly. As the space fills, I frequently get very upset messages from potential guests who made inquiries, but had another reservations block their dates while they made their decision or sorted their affairs. I apologize, but ask that you understand that I choose my guests carefully, but when presented with multiple inquiries from wonderful travelers, I will provide on a "first come, first served" basis.
