It was disappointing that they no longer have the buffet breakfast but instead give a voucher for a restaurant around the corner

Everything was wonderful about our stay. We highly recommend it. Great value!! Great location. Close to the D train into Manhattan.

convenient/friendly hotel when attending events
On a recent visit while attending a wedding and a nearby kosher wedding hall we stayed at the Avenue Plaza. The receptionist was endlessly helpful. They have a small parking lot. There is also some street parking. Lots of nearby shops for Judaica and kosher products. They served a lovely generous breakfast with amazingly good coffee.

Worked out so well and I enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel the first day so much that I booked an extra day!

Comfortable and very nice Kosher hotel.
I originally planned to stay for just two nights and had another place to stay at a cousin for free for the third night but found it so convenient that I added another night to my stay.
