Central Hotel Room
It is a good location. It is easy to walk to many places. The room was small, which is fine. It was for sleeping and showering. Most of the time we were out seeing New York.

Wonderful Experience
The location of this condo was perfect. Les’s than two blocks from Grand Central (we actually found an elevator on east 44th street that goes down to a location between LIRR and MetroNorth), two blocks from Times Square, four blocks from Rockefeller Center, and a short walk to Saint Patrick’s, Empire State Building, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. A nice healthy walk to Central Park and its infamous zoo and museums. Being so close to Grand Central lets you easily get to Battery Park and the boat to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, Ground ZERO WITH TGE Oculas and the Freedom tower which is a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. Great slices of pizza nearby and you can enjoy most of the best of Manhattan in a short stay of four or five nights. Also Hard Rock Cafe is very close. There is a bar next door to the condo and the whole neighborhood is an extremely safe part of the city. We got so blessed being able to find this place on short notice. As an FYI if you want to go to the crown of the Statue of Liberty it is booked several months in advance so be aware if you want to add that from your bucket list. Right now early August is first available so we took the pedestal tour instead of just the basic one. I highly suggest you consider this place if you don’t have a group of more than 3 or 4.

Echt gute Lage um New York zu erkunden! Viele Highlights, per Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Perfekt, tolle Stadt mit ihren unterschiedlichen Stadtteilen aha Erlebnisse generiert.

Has a real NY feel although plumbing was not great being on the 8th floor of an old NY building. Host not very responsive on VRBO, but great when I called directly.

This unit was in a great location. There was some student housing in the building, but nothing rowdy. I understood the unit to have 1 and 1/2 baths, but there was only 1. Can't beat the price and location!

Convenient location
First I was confused bc they didn’t mentioned the name of the hotel. Then I understood that they operate as a student housing too. The name is Harrington Housing. I loved the cozy feeling of the suite and the comfort of the beds. I would only suggest to improve the drainage maintenance as I had issues with the shower and toilet drain/flush. The customer service was very good. I loved the fact there is a library room where you can relax or spend a little time between your checkout and your leaving time. Very convenient location, 2 blocks from Time Square. Would come back.
