Het is wat het is, de foto's zijn niet meer van nu. Een en ander heeft een update nodig. Voor een korte periode en enkel overnachtingen is het goed . De rest zou ik buiten de deur doen.

Gedateerd hotel met ongemotiveerd personeel
Het personeel was erg onvriendelijk. De onbijtzaal mag zo niet heten. Het is te klein voor de hoeveelheid mensen in het hotel en wordt niet schoongehouden. De kamers zijn gedateerd. Zou daar zeker niet op blote voeten gaan lopen

Twijfelachtig wat de toekomst brengt
Duidelijk mindere kwaliteit ten opzichte van eerdere verblijven. Hygiene in de algemene ruimten, vooral de lift, is achteruit gegaan. Buiten liggen vuilniszakken opgestapeld waar ratten op af komen. Receptiemedewerkers vooral bezig op hun telefoon, geen contact met de gast als de gast dat niet zelf zoekt. Kamer verder ok, wel problemen met de keycard die lastig op te lossen bleken.

When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had been shut down. And a couple hours before I arrived, i got an email from expedia which said that my reservation had been cancelled, so i reaches out to expedia travel agent at the expedia apps. And I informed the agent regarding the email, and the agent said that my reservation still on going and they sent me recofirmation and they said that I will not have any problem and just go directly to the hotel. And I went as told to the hotel and arrived there. And the hotel is shut down for a refuge camp for the last two months. And I reached out to expedia by email and chatting, and couple replies and said they are still checking on the matters. And until now i havent got any answer.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Run-down Hotel
I prepaid for the room and when I checked-in the required a $60 cash deposit to get back in the morning. I was initially sent to a room and when I entered there were bags of trash on the floor but then realized someone was in the shower and that it was occupied. I was given another room with stains on the carpet and just generally run-down and unclean. I'm surprised Wyndham would put their name on a hotel of this quality.

When you arrive you can tell it just looks dirty. We did not necessarily care to much about that since we said it may be nicer on the inside but we were wrong. They took a cash deposit of $60 from us and stated we would get it back at checkout. Checkout time came and we had a early flight and no one could be found so we waited until we couldn't anymore because we didn't want to miss our flight. I left the key upfront nd then they had the audacity to call me while at the airport asking if we were going to come back for it. I explained to him that we looked for him and could not wait any longer or find him. He offered no way to get to give us our money back. No one ever came and cleaned our room, there was tape over the fire alarms, heat unit was broken. Overall just horrible place to stay.

Ficamos decepcionados com o atendimento, equipe despreparada e que demonstram pouca empatia com os hóspedes. A limpeza dos quartos não acontece diariamente, dias sim e dias não, mesmo assim uma limpeza ruim. O Hotel não oferece café da manhã nem área para estacionamento de carros. Não vLe o custo e benefício, melhor pagar um valor à mais e se hospedar em Manhattan.

Never again for this hotel.
The first room offered had a broken lock, and the room was filthy. The smell was heavily chemical laced. The attendant refused to provide anther room at first. When the manager joined us another room was provided. The overall attitude of the staff was combative. The overall "ambiance" was that of a Bowery SRO. In short, never again for this hotel.

Quitting Hotels.com because they’re useless
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at both a hotel AND with Hotels.com. Dirty, smelly room that was falling apart(curtains were shredded up, carpet horrendously dirty, and unfinished construction in the bathroom-not to mention the dirty rag on the bathroom floor and unclean sinks and bathtub), shady hotel practices ($60 cash deposit with a $30 late checkout fee that magically dropped to $20 with NO OFFICIAL INVOICE/RECEIPT to be provided). And all that for almost $200 for the night!!! I can understand this sort of thing for a $75-$100/hotel room but for $200? Seriously, don’t think so. Hotels.com customer service was ridiculously unhelpful. I was more upset with hotels.com for their complete lack of competence (First lady to help CONFIRMED THE BEST CALL BACK NUMBER THEN WHEN WE HAD A SOUND ISSUE AFTER SHE TALKED TO OTHER DIVISIONS TO HELP SORT OUT MY SITUATION, SHE TOLD ME TO CALL THEM BACK! WTH? Second/third customer service rep kept citing hotels.com policy in that no refund is possible and that hotels.com could do nothing to help with my situation. Gold status is a joke. Completely useless. I told that rep I’m quitting hotels.com based on this experience.

Tub looked dirty and needed a thorough cleaning.
Hole in ceiling that never got patched up. Based on how dirty the place was, I’m assuming roaches could easily come in from here.
Box springs that don’t even match the bed. Wth?  $190/night for this?!?!?

Wow....very nice property...all these negative reviews are hilarious...if these idiots didn't want a budget hotel..maybe they should stay in times square instead Now....let me tell you the truth about this hotel...nice folks when you ck in ....the room was very clean.... comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower.... surrounding neighborhood looks fine and very close to Queensboro subway....perfect for a short stay in New York

Unacceptable bathroom cleanliness
The bullet proof glass surrounding the front desk was a bit discomforting. I was wondering are they protecting themselves from the guests? That alone was not a demerit however, as parts of NY can be rough. what really turned me off was the toilet. It had fecal material and urine left on the seat from a previous guest upon entering the room for the first time. I balled up a glob of toilet paper and cleaned it myself, as not to have to wait for them to send someone in order for me to use the bathroom in my own room. the carpet could use a stain removal attempt also.

This is the worst Hotel in the world! I have been to hundreds if not a thousand hotels in my years of business and leisure travel. My comment above is not an exaggeration. Never ever have I seen such s*thole. Beware: they will extort and blackmail you for money upon check-in. They ask for $60 dollars cash and if you don’t give them the cash, they won’t give your room key even if you have full paid for the room. They will ask you to go to the ATM, conveniently in the lobby to take cash, i cute fees and charges and will not give you receipt for your cash. It seems they are running a tax evasion scheme as if you do t check by 11am, they steal your cash. Also, you will get bedbugs. Guaranteed. In the winter, you might freeze to death. You are better off at the homeless shelter. It is this bad.

When I arrived the room door was open. The room phone was not functional. During the night wierd things happened in the room. Something strange ocurred twice while taking a shower. The lights turned off and noticed the door closed on its own completely. Also, the ventilation system which is manually turned on and off with a button. Would mysteriously turn on and off. Both times I had it off and I would walk away and hear it turn on again. The pillows would also move on their own. The furniture walk moved away from the walk.

Not that expensive, but definitely not worth it. Staff doesn’t care about you, the building is old and not in great conditions, and the room could be cleaner.
