'The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels. 'Arrived to hotel no carpark to unload luggage due to roadworks, so double parked. Also no paid hotel car parking available either. Once inside my Mother who was having difficulty carrying her luggage asked for directions to our room and the staff didn’t even offer to help her with her bags to our room whilst I was trying to find a park. 'Hotel was located opposite a major construction site which made getting in and out difficult at time. It was also very noisy. There was no mention of the construction work at the time of booking the hotel, otherwise I may have chosen somewhere else.'
