This spacious victorian house is ideal for large co-working trips or family gatherings where sharing is optimal.
Walk around the beautiful houses of Forest Hills or visit the cherry blossoms in Branch Brook Park. A hop away from Prudential Center, the Ironbound and downtown Newark.
There are many shops and supermarkets all around.
The space
Enjoy our home for a family or friends' getaway or NY-NJ work assignemnts. Spacious, fully furnished three-story house with hardwood floors and original woodwork throughout.

The first floor takes you through an enclosed porch ideal for a morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with a 5 top gas stove . You may enjoy your meals in the dining room table that can fit a buffet style dinner for six or a picnic table out in the garden under a cherry tree. There is a half bathroom right off the kitchen on the way out to the patio. Access your streaming accounts with our livingroom smart TV.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, (1 queen, 1 full), a guest room as well as two desks that can serve as dedicated work areas or be transformed into ideal spots for an artist to put up their easel and get inspired. On a clear day you can see the NYC skyline from the balcony off the queen size bedroom.

The third floor/attic has two rooms and a full bathroom, one room has a queen size bed and the other a general reading reclining chair and desk table.

Large sized washer and dryer in basement.
