The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good, but I had a ministrone soup and a salad(just normal size) with a grilled chicken breast. After tax and tip it was $44! Although, at 1st glance the hotel looked nice, when I got to the room, it certainly needed some work, and updating -there were cracks in the tiles and caulking of the bathroom, the carpet and wallpaper were dated. It was all clean, mind you, but, definitely needed work. I certainly was pleasantly surprised that there was ZERO airplane noise :)

Check in was very long. Instead of a king bed room which I had already paid for I was given a twin bed room. The bathroom was not clean. The only reason I would stay is if no other hotels in the area are available.

Basically nice room not fancy. Check in person was not very friendly, however, we had to return to the desk later and the lady was very nice. Food in the restaurant was expensive, the wrap was good but the fries were way too salty!!

After staying the night at the hotel, I paid to keep my car parked there while traveling. when I returned, I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle because it did not stop to pick up me and other passengers at the airport. I called the hotel and the rep just kept saying to wait a little longer instead of calling the driver to make sure that we were getting picked up. Not until my 3rd call to the hotel did the rep say that she would speak to the drive who was back at the hotel and preparing to drop other guests off at the airport. Totally unacceptable to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle.

For $180 a night this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is awful - packed lot, jammed main entrance with no traffic flow to drop off bags before having to park a half mile away. The grab & go snack kiosk was closed and only one restaurant was operating. The smell of chlorine smacks you in the face when you walk in the door and the noise from the pool carries up to the fourth floor. The staff was friendly and helpful but the layout & closed snack shack was a turn off. On a positive note there is a CVS vending machine with personal care items you made need and it was regular price for an items needed (no up charge!) Nice touch since there is not lobby store.

Arrived at the property and the surrounding area has a peculiar smell. Check in was extremely easy and took less than 2 minutes. The elevators are fast and you don’t wait long for them. The rooms are nothing special and smell dusty. We had problems with kids running in the hallways and slamming doors. Called the reception and was told that they were just settling in and the noise would stop soon. The noise continue and actually increased. Made my way down to the reception area and noticed the security that was with the kids was wearing headphones which explained why they continued to make noise. Spoke to a manager and he told me the same they are settling in and the noise should stop. It seems the property is use by the high schools who are having tournaments and or are visiting colleges with the a company. If you want peace and quiet this place is not it. The only thing that made my stay better was the excellent bartender I believe his name was James. The drinks were amazing the food was delicious and he was very professional and with a great attitude. Another issue was the housekeeping. We had the room clean but they took the old towels and did not provided new towels, I had to go to reception and get new towels.

Horrible service ..didn’t even have running water and then water was brown..shower door didn’t even shut water was leaking out of shower floor ..service was terrible

They gave me room 535, when I entered the room the bed was unmade and there was luggage, apparently there was someone inside, we went back to get another room and they changed it to 528.

The road to the hotel has too many potholes. The room was facing the lobby and dinning area which made it noisy. Loud music from the lobby all not long. Would not return or recommend.
