First we called to the hotel to let them know that we would check in around 11 PM. She was rude because she could not find my reservation and told me 3 times that I had no reservation. After checking it for the third time she saw my reservation and just said: Okay, noted. Then we came to the hotel. The receptionist didn’t welcomed us properly. She didn’t give us any information about roomservice, room cleaning, and other information we needed to know. However her co-worker treated other customers good with descent information and a warm welcome. The hotel room had mould in the extractor hood in the bathroom. And we had some problems because there was a small leakage from where the water from the shower went to the toilet (ground). You can only take 1 bus from nearby the hotel. This bus is scheduled for 1 in a hour. The other options given in google maps are not correct, because you cant’t trespass the trainrails. Some good things: the view over the skyline New York was amazing and you could spot the planes very often.
