This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This house is only miles away from NYC. There is 5 bedrooms with two master suites. Fully stacked kitchen and two car parking spots. The house is spacious welcoming. You will find all you need to have a great family and friends trip. On the first floor there is a master suit with king bed. Second floor has three bedrooms. The Newley finished backyard porch has dining table and seating area. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

Smart Lock Code will be provided the Day of Check in.

This house has plenty of room for a large family or a group of friends. It offers two parking spaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, two desks for office work for those who work remotely or are home schooled with high speed internet. When you first enter the house, you will be greeted with the large open space. The house offer an open space style which joins the living room to the dining room and kitchen in a large space. There is also another living room with a fireplace that keeps the house cozy and warm. located on the first floor, a large King master suite with a full size en-suite bathroom and the French door which leads you to the backyard deck. On the first floor there is also the laundry with a full size front load washer and dryer. Another stylish full bathroom is located on the first floor. Going up to the second floor, there is one queen bedroom to the right, another queen bedroom (the mirror room) in the center and the kids room with two twin beds and a power height adjusting desk to the left for kids who are home schooled or the gamers. Also, located on the second floor a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower to accommodate the three bedrooms in the same floor. The third floor, is a large King master suite with a beautifully designed walk-in shower ensuite full bathroom. The room offers a large space, walk in closet, and a power height adjusting desk ready to plug in for serious gamers or heavy work day. The backyard patio offers a relaxing space to enjoy while you are having a drink or you can enjoy the grill and have a BBQ. The whole house is designed with your comfort in mind and to make you feel home away from home.

All was great except that 2 of the smoke detectors were sounding because of low batteries and there should have been a shovel and ice melt provided for the front steps and parking area.

The house was perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The coffee machine was great. The interior of the home was very clean and spacious. Beautiful details throughout the home. 20 minutes to NYC wasn’t a bad ride at all and having on site parking at the house was great-so we didn't have to fight for street parking. We were leaving during a snow storm and there was no shovel but the kind neighbor helped us. The owner kindly let us have late check out for no fee which was lovely. Overall we loved this house and will most definitely stay here again.

We loved this home! Everything was clean, the home was tastefully decorated and well stocked (kitchen items, bathroom towels, etc), and the owner was easy to communicate with. We had a group of 3 couples, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was great! The bedrooms are spread out amongst the 3 stories of the home, which allows for extra privacy. The house has been beautifully renovated and the kitchen was a dream to cook in!! Having a 2 car driveway was an extra bonus. We will definitely book here again when we return to the area.

We were most pleased with everything at the house. We found it to be immaculate and appreciate a well stocked kitchen. It was a great spot to be centrally located for our family as we worked our way through New York City. Another gem we found was Me and Tommy’s Italian restaurant. Highly recommend this place.

House was very clean and spacious for all of us. The kitchen was stocked great for cooking but could use a full sized coffee maker (but the Keurig was super nice). It was close to many things to do with the adults and kiddos we had with us. We all had a great time while we were there.

The place was perfect for our team of teen girls and boys. They had different floors for sleeping. Beds were all really comfortable. Appliances were top of the line. Street parking was intense, so having our own driveway was essential. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for our 2 families of 4 to stay while visiting American Dream!

The house was very clean and nicely updated. The four full bathrooms were especially useful when we returned from our day at the indoor water park. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft.We did have an issue receiving the sign in code, but the issue was able to be resolved within the hour and the owner was responsive during our entire stay.The owner handled snow removal, which was nice, but the person who came to shovel chose to do so at 430am, which woke everyone up sleeping on the first floor bedroom that abuts the porch. Also, the listing stated 2 car parking spots, but it really depends on the size of your vehicle. Luckily, we rented a minivan so we were able to fit that and a midsize suv in the driveway with one car taking up part of the sidewalk. If we had brought our pickup truck, the two vehicles would not fit. Larger vehicles are pretty common these days, so I just think this is noteworthy. There is street parking available as well.Again, a wonderful house as a whole. 15 minute drive to American Dream with a grocery store and great takeout/delivery near by. Would book again.

Fantastic time in Belville

We were a party of 9 including 3 under 12s and found the house fitted our needs perfectly. The lounge areas were very comfortable with seating for all and the kitchen very well fitted with plenty of glassware, dishes and cutlery. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and ample bathroom facilities. Heba was always very responsive whenever we raised a query both before we arrrived and during the stay. She even arranged for a Christmas tree and best of all a White Christmas. We would have no hesitation recommending the owner and property for future stays

Large house, Nicely Updated

This large house gave my family ample room for everything and plenty of beds for sleeping. It was nicely updated and everything was very clean and well-kept. Private parking was a bonus. There are steps going up and then on the inside that are kind of steep, so just be aware if you are renting. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

NJ Hone away from home!

From the moment we walked in the door to the end of our short visit, this place exceeded our expectations! It was tastefully decorated and very clean! We had a party if 10 and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with the essentials. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay! We brought our family for our youngest daughter’s wedding. The house was exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable. We had 3 couples and one infant and and our daughter. There was more than enough room for everyone and having 4 full bathrooms with full showers was a bonus. We’ve done a lot of traveling and stayed at many VRBOs and this one was one of the best accommodated homes we been to. The kitchen was very large and even has a gas stove, that’s something we don’t often see. Plenty of dishes and utensils and all of the appliances look to have been updated. All of the bathrooms have been updated and all of them have tiled showers. Even with multiple bathrooms in use at the same time we never ran out of hot water. The bath towels were something like you’d get at an expensive hotel, very large and soft. All of the beds we very comfortable and everyone got a good nights sleep. We kept in contact with the owners while we were there and they were always easy to talk to and very gracious. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this stay.

First trip to the area

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Amenity mentions hot tub but there wasn’t one. Still overall a great experience.
