'Obtaining entry information was challenging. There were several household items in need of repair (a curtain rod, a chair, and an outdoor chair). Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. I won't not recommend this venue, just...

'Nice, quiet property in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt very safe. Comfortable bed. Heat worked wonderfully. Internet was good. Host left goodies for us in the room which were very thoughtful and yummy! Location was close to so much shopping, restaurants, etc. Short drive to Longwood Gardens. Would return for a future stay. 'My main concern at our stay was the lack of cleanliness of the house overall, the entrance had outside dirt, dry leaves and cobwebs .The kitchen table and chairs still had dirt on them from the previous guests, the microwave and oven were not cleaned either with small crumbs of old food, and lots of finger prints on the doors. The refrigerator had food in it from the previous guests. The bathroom didn’t seem to be well cleaned either which I have notified the owner. The house was cozy.'
