'This home was a good stop on our waterfall tour. The home was clean, easy to find, check in and out. My only regret is I misread the sleeping accommodations. I thought there were two queen log beds and two other twin beds. One of the queen beds was the sofa sleeper. It was comfortable enough just not what I thought. '

'The property was great ! Room to park 2 trucks and a trailer and 2 side by sides! House was super clean and enough room to spread out ! My son is celiac so we brought our own pans and such but the kitchen had all the necessities if we had needed them to cook! Bathroom had towels and toilet paper and soap too! Was just what we needed for a great vacation thank you! '

'The house was very clean and had everything we needed for two families. We appreciated the large dining room table and upstairs tv room so the kids had a space while the parents chatted on the comfy front porch. We found that the activity in the prison yard across the street added interest and entertainment rather than create a negative element to our stay. We’d love to return someday.'

'The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed on the website. This property worked very well for our annual "girls trip". It was a great location to use as a base to go on day trips to explore the eastern part of the U.P. There were a couple of food trucks, a café, and a place to get groceries all within walking distance.'

'I still consider this a 5 star stay but there are some things I think would be helpful for future guests. 1) There is no place to put anything. No dressers, nor usable closets, no space in the bathroom for anything. You will live out of your suitcase and because there is no room for that either, you will have to get everything put away each time you use it. 2) similar to the above, because the kitchen is well stocked with basic essentials, there is nowhere to put food away. We stayed a full week...

'Had a great stay at this lake home. Very close to all the Pictured Rocks sites to see. Lots of things to do at the property itself, kids loved kayaking, swimming and fishing off the pier. Also very nice sunrises from the edge of lake.The family has already asked to go back next summer! Would highly recommend for a peaceful, secluded lakeside vacation rental. '

'This cabin is a wonderfully quiet, secluded, beautiful nature getaway!!! Very clean and well-cared for. Well-stocked kitchen, so you can cook anything. Lovely bathroom, master bedroom and excellent plumbing/water. Shower is awesome. Perfect WiFi and streaming. The ORV trails are extensive, and right off the back yard- also across the road. Our dog and I loved our many long walks, so peaceful and scenic. Jon and Cathy are very nice hosts, thank you both so much for everything! '

'This house was wonderful! Homey, well stocked kitchens (yes, 2!), beautiful views, comfy beds, and best of all, a (Lake Superior) stone's throw from amazing Agate Beach. We didn't get to enjoy a fire outside due to rain, but wood was provided by the fire pit. We can't wait to visit again.'

'The property is absolutely amazing. Alex was an amazing host answered any questions we had we rode side-by-side from the property. Will definitely be staying here again.'

'The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed the bonfire every night and lake view. Sondra was very nice and enjoyed her visits. She got me a different lawn chair to sit in as I couldn’t sit in those low chairs after hip surgery and need a knee replacement. The tv was hard to figure out .Would tell people about this place. We would come back in the future.'
