Don’t stay here, unless it is your last option
Dirty room, no trash can in the room, the room smelled like smoke. Appears to be shared housing with homeless or low income. I can’t recommend nor would I stay here again.

The room was very smelly with fungus on roof. The hotel was smelling like cooking onions on arrival.Wake up to a smoke alarm at 1AM in the morning and issue didnt resolved for next 3 hours. No toiletries replacements available and even ask for extra money for fresh towels though we stayed there for 3 nights with 2 kids.

The bathroom was dirty, tiles were very mouldy & around the soap container (which didn't) work was dirty. The room was large enough, bedding, towels etc were clean & adequate. There was only 1 glass for water. Other people were very noisy into the wee hours of morning banging things around. The only thing going for it was The Bennett Hotel 3 doors down. Won't be staying there again.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The key wouldn't work when we checked in and I had to phone three times to get help. The operator hung up on me once. Then they did not ring back to help me so I had to keep calling. There were no plates or cutlery in the room and I had to call another three times to get someone to bring plates and cutlery. In the end we had to go out for a meal because there was nothing to eat the food we bought with us. The power point next to one of the beds was hanging out of the wall which does not comply with any safety standards. This hotel was awful.

My partner stayed it was disgusting. Had to change rooms and that was worse. To summarise - below is the list of the issues found in the rooms. Issues Room 12 - Permeated with cigarette smoke - Musty/mouldy smell - Balcony door unable to be left open due to security issue - Balcony door lock not sufficient - Rest of room was not checked as I did not stay. Issues Room 22 - No remote for air conditioner - Unable to securely/safely have window open due to no security screen and flyscreen slashed/ripped - TV when on had loud background noise that made it untenable to use - Exposed electrical wires hanging from white box near TV - Bedside light out, lighting insufficiently bright to be able to read properly - Only 1 coffee cup, 2 glasses and 1 teaspoon provided - Laundry still being used at 10pm - very noisy clothes dryer - Fridge Freezer Iced over Bathroom - Shower had mould and was musty - No hair dryer provided - looks like it had been possibly ripped off wall and not replaced - On running tap in sink, putrid sulphur smell came up from the drain/pipes. Disgusting. Photos of all of the above can be provided

Overall was a large room and very clean. The booking was changed to 4 people but additional towel was not supplied. Trundle bed was unsafe and ended using the mattress on the floor. Someone had turned off the breakers to the power in the room but another guest alerted us and we turned them back on. The property is in a good location and good value but not having staff on site makes it difficult to fix things like an extra towel.

Made a last minute booking - easy online booking and check-in. Was a bit nervous about here not being a reception but the emailed codes for the building entrance and room worked without a problem. Would stay here again.

Warning. Gross. We had to check out late at night, and find alternate accomodation, after discovering the room was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. There were also squashed ones on the walls! Did not spend the night due to it being unsanitary, and our young child being terrified.

This is the most discussing accommodation I have ever stayed in it was putrid disgustingly dirty we had no power one of the beds was broken the fridge leaked all over the floor this place should be shut down! If we hadn’t arrived at 11pm I would have left and found alternate accommodation. Feral mould dust I can’t find the words to describe how bad this place is WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT STAY HERE you will likely get sick or catch a disease!!

There were black hairs everywhere all around our room in our beds, microwave and shower. The trundle was unable to hold us. And it was extremely noisy due to the bar next door. It smelt musty and it was very inconvenient having the step as well as them being dirty. The shower head was loose. The toilet had black dust bits in the water. Behind the toilet was dirty. The walls in the room were horrible with dust, different colour paint and something dried up dripping. There was not enough cutlery for all staying in the room same with the towels.

Convenient, safe, walkable, parking. The Fridge needed attention (defrosting) water in bottom Facilities - cutlery and crockery could be improved. When we needed help with no TV Remote , it was quickly solved and caretaker helpful.

Disappointed to say the least. I understand we didn’t pay top dollar for our stay but when you book a room to occupy 4 guests you expect the room to have 4 beds. After arriving at the venue we phoned to notify that the 4th bed didn’t have any linen. I was advised that the caretaker would bring it right away. So we headed out. To our surprise on our return know one had been and still no linen this was than 8pm. So I called again to which they explained they couldn’t get hold of the car taker? I asked for another room. Not an option? This was now 8:50pm. The reception apologised and said there was nothing they could do? At 9:40 I received a knock on the door assuming the caretaker? No just someone asking if we received our linen? If the person who knocked (no idea who he was) knew we needed linen, than why didn’t they have any linen with them? So 10pm 3 people slept in a double bed and 1 person in a single bed. Not the stay we were expecting.

So dirty and old premises. Fortunately the sheets were immaculate because they’re not on the housekeeping hands. The video advertising the property is from another era, now is decadent and dirty. No more facilities than your room, really, there’re but are locked for customers. The code system to check in/main entrance and room sounds so accomodating until you left the room 9:15 (check out at 10) and you can’t come back in because is locked. When I asked for help to someone he said: “Oh no again!” It looks like that is a common practice lock the room before 10am. Due to I was working on my artworks since early in the morning I spent more time to check out (max 30 minutes, even less) in that time my door was knocked a couple of times, and I got a call from the reception to leave the room. The hotel was completely empty of guests, it was just the rude behaviour from this ruined place team. The first morning I found the cleaners hidden, sitting on the floor, checking their phones. Everything was so dirty, don’t talk about carpets please, definitely this place is navigating without a professional management. Oh yes, I forgot to mention you can feel you have a crowd with you in your room as it’s a concert of neighbours’s voices, Tvs, music, shower…

The photos did not match the actual room. Bed was comfortable and venue quiet. Check-in process is a nightmare especially if your child does not have a drivers licence or passport. The Bennett, pub on the corner next door was awesome!

Booked a room for four people but only beds for three people in the room. Rang the help desk to sort things out. They said they would ring me back with a solution. 18 hrs later at Time of writing still no phone call or solution. Shower area disgusting dirty. As no reception not able sort through things would not recommend to anyone.

We are sorry if we're unable to give options as that's the correct room you've booked.
