'Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.'

'I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.'

'Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times. Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman.
