'On July 4th there was no electricity in our room from 6pm-9am..! The front clerk couldn’t have cared less about our comfort and concerned!! He literally didn’t care! He didn’t offer anything than unprofessionalism and no compassion!! We had no TV and totally in the dark..! We weren’t able to take a shower until 11am.. I will be filing a complaint with the Office of the President!!'

'Front desk staff were wonderful. We had a busy weekend with house guests and I had a horrible migraine and just wanted to rest so my husband booked me a room. At check in they made sure I had a little noise as possible. The A/C ran cold and everything was great. Definitely my escape hotel.'

'So it was near the highway which is didn’t mind. Except my window was facing the highway which was really loud if I needed to open the window. I stayed there for 9 nights never did they come clean my room they say for the extended stay people the only clean once a week (even the trash). I caught a maid outside in the hallway and she (reluctantly) took my trash out my room after a week. My room wasn’t ready originally had a two beds and in a smoking room. 'Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool.'

'Staff was extremely helpful! I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK.'
