'The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. '

'We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!'

'Property was brilliant area excellent as I know it well being from Walker originally.Could not fault the cottage apart from the obviously inflated price for Sam Fender concert. As a Geordie this didn't go down too well. A must if you are a visitor to the area as it is set in an idyllic and central area for almost everything worth visiting in Newcastle area and beyond.'

'Fabulous house in a lovely location, it was perfect for long walks . The house is very roomy with fab decor. Close to a lovely restaurant we we popped in gor drinks and food a few times over the weekend. Will definitely return in the sumner months.'

'Had the pleasure of spending a couple of nights here with my partner and 3 daughters. A great place to get away and spend some quality time. It feels very remote but at the same time is close enough to drive or jump the train into Newcastle for the day. It was great sitting around the firepit in the evening after a soak in the hot tub! Plenty here for the whole family we would definitely stay again. '
