Oceanfront Beach House op Boardwalk

Deze prachtig gelegen woning ligt aan het water. Loopbrug en zand bij voorste stap. Een terras voor zon en eten. Ideaal voor familie.
Zwemmen in de oceaan met badmeester vooraan. Vispier, winkels, restaurants, baai en boot- en fietsverhuur binnen een paar blokken.

Dit is een duplex. De onderste slaapkamer met 4 slaapkamers is het hele jaar door beschikbaar
Mooi ingericht, volledig uitgerust. Parkeren voor een auto.
We bieden plaats aan 8 personen. Volledig voorbereide keuken en wat strandlakens, stoelen en zandspeelgoed op het terrein.
Bovenste eenheid kan worden bezet door gasten - u kunt meer leren over de bovenste verenigen (volledige woning verhuur op VRBO 16783 51Dreamy Ocean Views. Gasten kunnen de aanwezigheid van huurders op de bovenverdieping met buitendeur en loopbruggebruik voelen. Patioruimte is alleen voor gasten beneden. De beste eigenschap is het strand patio !!

2 slaapkamers met queensize bedden, 2 met elk twee eenpersoonsbedden.

Een parkeerplaats achter het huis is beschikbaar voor huurders. Anders is parkeren op straat gratis en zijn de stadskavels 4 straten verderop in de buurt van de veerboot naar Balboa Island, Fun Zone en Balboa Pier. Korte wandeling naar gemakkelijke toegang dineren, vissersboten en Catalina Cruiser. Of huur een fiets en pedaal naar Lido Island of Huntington Beach langs de promenade.
Geen feestgangers, niet roken en sorry geen huisdieren. We hebben al lang bestaande buren en gasten op de bovenverdieping - daarom vragen we dat het om 21:00 uur naar een rustig uur gaat!

Four siblings reunion--all seniors 79. We have stayed here before and plan to do so again in 2027. Fun patio on the boardwalk--perfect for eating, drinking and people watching!

We had a party of 7 adults for our daughter’s graduation from college. The room situation was perfect, having had 4 bedrooms and 6 total beds. Our favorite part was the patio and beach views. At night the large table inside provided a nice space for playing games. The manager of the property is really responsive. We were happy with our stay.

The location of this property is unmatched. Close enough to the pier for a short walk, but far enough away you are removed from the main traffic. The host was very helpful and responded within minutes of any questions we had. We'll be coming back for sure.

The house is so clean and comfortable! We were pleased by the ease of communication with the host, Ann, and with the size and location of the house. Everyone in our group, 6 adults and two older teens, enjoyed the location and our chance to be together in a great spot. People watching on the boardwalk was a highlight!

This was our second time staying at the property and our family absolutely loves it. Our children ask to go back all the time. The location is perfect and walkable to do many places. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need!

Ann's place worked out so well for our three-generation trip, 6 adults. There was plenty of space for us to be together, plus enough bedrooms for us to each have some privacy. Everything was clean and the location was very safe. The beach was never crowded and the boardwalk was very quiet on weekdays. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking spot out back is a little tight to get in and out of, but do-able. We would definitely stay again.

Our group of 7 loved our full day on the beachfront patio after spending a couple days at Disneyland. Host Anne is super responsive and the house was stocked with all the basics. The beautiful CA sunset was the icing on the cake!

We were one happy family of five beach loving adults vacationing in this cool home with the blue awning. When we weren’t tramping down to the water, we were people watching on the patio. Owners very responsive about their place. We appreciated the new Keurig and the clean barbecue! We hope to return.

We LOVE returning to this spot in Newport Beach each year! All of our family truly looks forward to it. It is in the best location within close walking distance to the beach (it is on the beach and boardwalk), close to the pier, the Fun Zone, the Ferry! This 'home away from home' is immaculate! It is modernized with furnishings, appliances, the bedding is heavenly. In front of the apartment is a wonderful patio with two tables and two umbrellas where we all hang out during the daytime! There is a BBQ, kayak, beach toys for kids, and beach chairs. We have always found the owner, Ann, to be very receptive to our questions or needs. For example, we found the blender had been cracked and unusable. We contacted Ann and the next day, a new one was delivered to our door at the beach. We always get one parking spot behind the house but free parking on the street nearby is easy enough. (Note: There in no parking on Monday during certain hours, and on the other side of the street on Wednesday when the street sweeper comes back the alternate day.) Also, one day when we are down there, we invite our entire extended family to come down and have a bonfire on the beach.It is so easy to secure a fire ring during the week. We look forward to going back next year!!

I’ve stayed here before in 2019 for my 30th birthday. When I saw this was available I canceled my hotel and booked this! It’s the perfect location! So cute & updated. Also right on the beach! Can you beat that? I will always rent this house! It’s my fav in Newport!

What a great stay! The house fit our two families just perfect! Being on the bike path and watching the sun rise and set was great! We paddle boarded in the harbor, watched dolphins from the pier, and enjoyed a day at Catalina Island. The house was clean and bright. Great to BBQ in the evening with a cocktail and soak it all in. Hope to stay again soon! Ann was great and answered all of our questions right away. Thanks again!
