'Fantastic hotel. Modern and elegant, in a quiet area of Melbourne but at a walking distance to trams, trains and Southern Cross station. Close to the hotel there are many nice restaurants and cafes. The staff was extremely nice, we arrived earlier than our check-in time and they were able to give us another room that was available. Additionally, we were also able to move our check-out time with an hour.

'Aside from the apartments being very clean, and quiet, after returning to the apartment, i went in the wrong entrance, as much as i panicked initially, someone from another apartment allowed me to use their mobile phone to call the night desk. Who promptly came to my assistance and put me in the right direction. Thankyou, ive stayed in these apartments before, and found the service and cleanliness exceptional. '
