Two bedroom North Peak Condo

Located on the top floor of building three which is one of most desired spots at Sunday River. This two bedroom one bath ski in ski out condo that has been updated. The trail access is amazing and so aren't the views from the windows. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has 2 sets of twin bunks. There is a sleep sofa in the living room for additional guests. This condo has a couple other features which includes a crib. If you are feeling a little more of a workout there is a Peloton stationary bike in one of the bedrooms. North Peak also offers an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
