'Overall we had a nice stay at this property. It is a small older house which seemed to be renovated for renting. Sleeps six, not sure about that. There are two small bedrooms, and perhaps the couches are pullouts? Six would be tight. It had all of the things you might expect available in the kitchen for a rental at this price point.We saw some bunnies, and several turkey vultures on the property, and there were some big ants that found their way into the house. The steep walk to the river...

'There was NO WATER PRESSURE or HOT WATER, not enough towels, washcloths or toilet paper. Not enough water in hot tub (EXTREMELY disappointing!) Guest tripped on front rug upon arrival, nail sticking out at top of stair banister, extremely hard to let guests through gate, no lights near VRBO house to see the driveway, living room window didn't shut causing constant cold air to blow through. The Pac-Man game didn't work, pool table was uneven and there was no pool stick chalk. I would not refer...
